Returns & Refunds
You can buy with confidence knowing that you have 90 days to try the Litter-Robot in your home. If you or your cat is not satisfied for any reason, send it back to receive a refund of the purchase price. Just follow the return procedure below.
| To return the Litter-Robot, you must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. We do not accept responsibility for return shipments without an RMA number.

|2. You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are typically £40-£60, depending on where you live. We can provide a return shipping label via DHL for the accurate deduction from your refund, just contact us.|
|3. Please make sure the Litter-Robot is clean. All cat waste and/or cat litter should be removed from the unit. It also needs to be completely cleaned with a disinfectant prior to collection. The retail carton that the product arrived in should be used as this is essential to fully protect the contents during shipping. Please note that this is also applicable to accessories and power supply. Should the unit arrive without full cleaning and original packaging Catnovation will require recompense for professional cleaning, disinfection and packaging substitution at a charge of £199 GBP.|
Once your unit is received, we will process and issue a refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Once processed, your bank or credit card holder is responsible for applying it to your account. Contact us for more information at firstname.lastname@example.org.
